CDON

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDON mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDON-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, eEF2, and PCNA. Each is linked with CDON in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDON-to-partner and partner-to-CDON results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by CDON-low versus CDON-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDON→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDON) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
