CDNF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDNF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,772 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDNF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTER, ACADSB, and THNSL1. Each is linked with CDNF in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDNF-to-partner and partner-to-CDNF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDNF→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDNF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
