CDNF

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDNF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,781 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDNF-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPSM2, NABP2, and RBFOX1. Each is linked with CDNF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDNF-to-partner and partner-to-CDNF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDNF→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDNF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
