Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDNF mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDNF-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Notch1, and Bax. Each is linked with CDNF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDNF-to-partner and partner-to-CDNF results are reported.
