CDKN2C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDKN2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,537 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDKN2C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA damage tolerance, Translesion synthesis, and Negative regulation of mitotic nuclear division. Each is linked with CDKN2C in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKN2C-to-partner and partner-to-CDKN2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA damage tolerance grouped by CDKN2C-low versus CDKN2C-high in SKIN.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDKN2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDKN2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
