CDKN2AIPNL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDKN2AIPNL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,827 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDKN2AIPNL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Positive regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle, and Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle. Each is linked with CDKN2AIPNL in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKN2AIPNL-to-partner and partner-to-CDKN2AIPNL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA replication initiation grouped by CDKN2AIPNL-low versus CDKN2AIPNL-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDKN2AIPNL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDKN2AIPNL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
