Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDKN2AIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,275 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDKN2AIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IKBIP, HPF1, and SND1. Each is linked with CDKN2AIP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKN2AIP-to-partner and partner-to-CDKN2AIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDKN2AIP versus IKBIP in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDKN2AIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDKN2AIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
