Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDKN2AIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 767 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDKN2AIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZYXP1, MIR1224, and RN7SKP12. Each is linked with CDKN2AIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKN2AIP-to-partner and partner-to-CDKN2AIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZYXP1 grouped by CDKN2AIP-low versus CDKN2AIP-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDKN2AIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDKN2AIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
