Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDKN2AIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,044 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDKN2AIP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of mitotic cell cycle, Regulation of cellular response to transforming growth factor beta stimulus, and Centrosome duplication. Each is linked with CDKN2AIP in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKN2AIP-to-partner and partner-to-CDKN2AIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of mitotic cell cycle grouped by CDKN2AIP-low versus CDKN2AIP-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
