CDKL5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDKL5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDKL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Snail, STAT5a, and Tuberin. Each is linked with CDKL5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKL5-to-partner and partner-to-CDKL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Snail grouped by CDKL5-low versus CDKL5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDKL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDKL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
