CDKL5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDKL5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 170 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDKL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are B4GALNT2, IQCF5, and RBP2. Each is linked with CDKL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKL5-to-partner and partner-to-CDKL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, B4GALNT2 grouped by CDKL5-low versus CDKL5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDKL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDKL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
