Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDKL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,345 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDKL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AEBP1, CTHRC1, and MXRA8. Each is linked with CDKL3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKL3-to-partner and partner-to-CDKL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDKL3 versus AEBP1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDKL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDKL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
