CDKL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDKL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,812 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDKL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDGFD, CCDC137P, and SRCIN1. Each is linked with CDKL3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKL3-to-partner and partner-to-CDKL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDGFD grouped by CDKL3-low versus CDKL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDKL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDKL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
