Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDKL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDKL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP3A5, DHX15, and CLIC5. Each is linked with CDKL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKL2-to-partner and partner-to-CDKL2 results are reported.
