The most reproducible CDKL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-982P, TRIM64EP, and CCT8. Each is linked with CDKL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKL2-to-partner and partner-to-CDKL2 results are reported.
