CDKL2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDKL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDKL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Annexin-1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with CDKL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKL2-to-partner and partner-to-CDKL2 results are reported.
