CDKL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDKL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDKL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD30BL, OR2AJ1, and IAPP. Each is linked with CDKL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKL2-to-partner and partner-to-CDKL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD30BL grouped by CDKL2-low versus CDKL2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDKL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDKL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
