CDKL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDKL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,810 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDKL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB1P7, LINC01639, and RNU6-760P. Each is linked with CDKL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKL1-to-partner and partner-to-CDKL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGB1P7 grouped by CDKL1-low versus CDKL1-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDKL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDKL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
