CDKAL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDKAL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,287 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDKAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-128P, ADAMTS4, and RN7SKP245. Each is linked with CDKAL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKAL1-to-partner and partner-to-CDKAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-128P grouped by CDKAL1-low versus CDKAL1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDKAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDKAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
