CDKAL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDKAL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDKAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINA7, OR1E2, and WFDC8. Each is linked with CDKAL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKAL1-to-partner and partner-to-CDKAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERPINA7 grouped by CDKAL1-low versus CDKAL1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDKAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDKAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
