CDK9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDK9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,320 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB6, NELFB, and CIZ1. Each is linked with CDK9 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK9-to-partner and partner-to-CDK9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDK9 versus ASB6 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
