CDK8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK8-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, p62 Lck ligand, and ACC1. Each is linked with CDK8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK8-to-partner and partner-to-CDK8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by CDK8-low versus CDK8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
