CDK8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDK8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,289 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK8-associated genes across cancer lineages are XPO4, SUCLA2, and LNX2. Each is linked with CDK8 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK8-to-partner and partner-to-CDK8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDK8 versus XPO4 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
