CDK6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,445 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAND1, YME1L1, and EIF3A. Each is linked with CDK6 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK6-to-partner and partner-to-CDK6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDK6 versus CAND1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
