CDK6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,326 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLA2G3, CDADC1, and UBE2I. Each is linked with CDK6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK6-to-partner and partner-to-CDK6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLA2G3 grouped by CDK6-low versus CDK6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
