Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK5RAP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,662 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDK5RAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD164, UFL1, and CDCA4. Each is linked with CDK5RAP3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK5RAP3-to-partner and partner-to-CDK5RAP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDK5RAP3 versus CD164 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK5RAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK5RAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
