CDK4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,425 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC9, SRSF9, and CCT2. Each is linked with CDK4 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK4-to-partner and partner-to-CDK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDK4 versus DNAJC9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
