CDK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,121 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are EME1, RPA2P1, and SUV39H1. Each is linked with CDK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK4-to-partner and partner-to-CDK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EME1 grouped by CDK4-low versus CDK4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
