Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDK4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,858 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDK4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleolar large rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase I, DNA replication initiation, and Endonucleolytic cleavage in ITS1 to separate SSU-rRNA from 5.8S rRNA and LSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with CDK4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK4-to-partner and partner-to-CDK4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nucleolar large rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase I grouped by CDK4-low versus CDK4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
