CDK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, Gab2, and JNK2. Each is linked with CDK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK3-to-partner and partner-to-CDK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by CDK3-low versus CDK3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
