Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,439 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDK3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA splice site recognition, Regulation of RNA splicing, and Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with CDK3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK3-to-partner and partner-to-CDK3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mRNA splice site recognition grouped by CDK3-low versus CDK3-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
