Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDK2AP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CDK2AP2 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CDK2AP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDK2AP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, ESCA, and COAD are the cancer types where CDK2AP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
