CDK2AP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK2AP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK2AP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SURF6P1, TUBB4BP8, and RPS10P21. Each is linked with CDK2AP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK2AP2-to-partner and partner-to-CDK2AP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SURF6P1 grouped by CDK2AP2-low versus CDK2AP2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK2AP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK2AP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
