CDK20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK20 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK20-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, ACC_pS79, and ACC1. Each is linked with CDK20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK20-to-partner and partner-to-CDK20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by CDK20-low versus CDK20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK20→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
