Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDK19 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CDK19 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher CDK19 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDK19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

READ, OV, and STAD are the cancer types where CDK19 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
