Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,544 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDK19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC40, AFDN, and PREP. Each is linked with CDK19 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK19-to-partner and partner-to-CDK19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDK19 versus CDC40 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK19→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
