Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,865 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK19-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC96, MMS22L, and LIN9. Each is linked with CDK19 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK19-to-partner and partner-to-CDK19 results are reported.
