Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,099 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC40, ADNP, and SMARCE1. Each is linked with CDK19 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK19-to-partner and partner-to-CDK19 results are reported.
