Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,239 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDK19-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01248, NFYCP2, and TOMM22P5. Each is linked with CDK19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK19-to-partner and partner-to-CDK19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01248 grouped by CDK19-low versus CDK19-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK19→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
