Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK19 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK19-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, Heregulin, and MEK1. Each is linked with CDK19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK19-to-partner and partner-to-CDK19 results are reported.
