Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDK19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,166 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDK19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 3,5-bisphosphate metabolic process, Hair follicle placode formation, and Termination of RNA polymerase II transcription. Each is linked with CDK19 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK19-to-partner and partner-to-CDK19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 3,5-bisphosphate metabolic process grouped by CDK19-low versus CDK19-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
