Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDK19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDK19-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8H2, DPRX, and MTRNR2L10. Each is linked with CDK19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK19-to-partner and partner-to-CDK19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8H2 grouped by CDK19-low versus CDK19-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK19→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
