CDK17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,431 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK17-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6749, RNA5SP325, and ARF4P3. Each is linked with CDK17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK17-to-partner and partner-to-CDK17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6749 grouped by CDK17-low versus CDK17-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK17→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
