CDK17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDK17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK17-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10G2, AVP, and OR7D4. Each is linked with CDK17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK17-to-partner and partner-to-CDK17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10G2 grouped by CDK17-low versus CDK17-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK17→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
