CDK16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,818 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK16-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4510, MYL6BP1, and PPIL2. Each is linked with CDK16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK16-to-partner and partner-to-CDK16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4510 grouped by CDK16-low versus CDK16-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK16→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
