CDK14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,702 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK14-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDZD8, CHAF1A, and PPP2R2D. Each is linked with CDK14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK14-to-partner and partner-to-CDK14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDZD8 grouped by CDK14-low versus CDK14-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK14→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
