CDK13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,873 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PURB, FOXK1, and RPL26. Each is linked with CDK13 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK13-to-partner and partner-to-CDK13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDK13 versus PURB in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK13→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
