CDK13

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,511 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK13-associated genes across cancer lineages are RP9, CBX3, and BZW2. Each is linked with CDK13 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK13-to-partner and partner-to-CDK13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDK13 versus RP9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK13→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
