CDK13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,836 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK13-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF5A, DRG1, and TSPY15P. Each is linked with CDK13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK13-to-partner and partner-to-CDK13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHF5A grouped by CDK13-low versus CDK13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK13→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
