CDK12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK12-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, TFRC, and ASNS. Each is linked with CDK12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK12-to-partner and partner-to-CDK12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by CDK12-low versus CDK12-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK12→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
